Sometimes putting on a bitchin outfit is the best form of therapy
I use to be so embarrassed to admit that I struggled with anxiety and depression. My mom was always confused why I would get all dressed up to go to therapy even when I was too anxious to go to school that day. Dressing up made me feel like me again
